「Nice property with good location and facilities. Meal deal for dinner and breakfast is also good value.」

「Room was comfortable, however it had very poor ventilation in the bathroom and no opening windows. Paint peeling and mould in the bathroom. A nice hotel but lots of knobs and buttons missing from elevators and toilets. Friendly, helpful staff and nice meals at the restaurant. 」

「A bit off the beaten path but served it's purpose. First time booking premier inn on Expedia and had issues with a cancellation that Premier Inn was not wanting to correct. I have used Premier Inn a lot personally and for my business, but due to this frustration with their handling of a the cancellation request, I will be rethinking booking with them in the future.」

「Easy walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants and the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.」
