"The beach on the property was awesome. The guys on the ATV's on the beach need to minimize there trips past the chairs with umbrellas, they went back and forth too much. They also need to travel down the sides of the chairs not through the middle divide of the chairs."

Neighbors are right close because the property is long and narrow BUT the way the yard is bordered by trees/other plant life you do get privacy. ..."
