「Very good hotel」

「Stayed just for one night. It was a very good stay」

「We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Krone Heritage. A special thank you to Yasmin and Adeeb for their amazing service and hospitality. 「Aweful hotel！I cannot believe this is a 5-star hotel. The breakfast was terrible even though there were a lot of items as a buffet. The staff were not so friendly. 「Exceptional customer service. Great value.」

「Very disappointed!! Room was very old and used up and had stains on bed sheets! Bathroom had extremely scratched faucet, shower door wasn’t sealing and water was coming out while showering, shower floor was banding underneath my feet, drain cover was completely loose, pieces of toilet paper laying on the tiles and had small flies flying from toilet seat. Hotel doesn’t have any wending machines!」
