Seems that stay more is just getting going, so some things aren’t there yet but their cleaning products smell nice! And the mattress topper is nice compared to the old one at urban stay. "Room was clean, desk chair was abysmal should have been removed thrown out long time ago, sagged incredibly, "complimentary ear plugs" as construction site outside. Paper cups? Really? No coffee making, just a kettle and two tea bags with some sugar and paper cups. They call this 4 star? Great location, way over priced for the product being offered. Stayed at another one of their properties in Busan prior to this one in Seoul. Busan property was AMAZING this one was anything but....."
