「The hosts Clare and Kevin were fantastic. I stayed there for a week. They were friendly and helpful. I felt right at home immediately. The room was in tip-top condition, clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Cleaning was done every day. The breakfast, both continental and English, were fantastic in terms of taste, quality, and plentiful. The hot breakfast was especially great. It was wonderful to be able to enjoy that as well. Ordering systems that failed. Simple things like getting your own coffee at breakfast did not work. Altogether a lack of energy and commitment to getting things right was missing. No obvious management. Fabulous views, great weather. Frustrating hotel. We stayed one night. Could not imagine staying longer. What a lost...

「Cosy single room in old part of hotel, I was on the top floor - had a fantastic view, may get very hot in the summer as there was no air conditioning and it got a lot of sun. Windows do open though. New bath/shower. Had iron, steamer and ironing board. No mini fridge, but there was a kettle. The room I had did have very steep stairs to get to top floor - probably not great for medium/ big suitcases, small carry on suitcase was fine for me to carry up. Breakfast was marvellous, loads of options...
