Important Seawind Elevator Construction Notice
We are excited to announce that Seawind will undergo an elevator modernization project to enhance guest experience. The project will start October 20, 2025 and last through the end of April 2026. During this time, one elevator will remain in service for guests to use while the other elevator is out of service for updates. This may cause longer wait times during busy times of the day (check in/check out, lunch/dinner time, or during a pop up rainstorm). High quality, double stacked queen sized air mattress with internal pump provided OR sleeper sofa for extra sleeping arrangements.

Two parking passes will be included with your reservation. No more than 2 vehicles are allowed per reservation (strictly enforced). Oversized vehicles or trailers not allowed. Please reach out to us if you need assistance finding overflow or oversized offsite parking.

Someone from our staff personally checks your rental before your arrival to make sure everything is ready for you!! CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

This was a great property! The description was so accurate. Management was so easy to work with ! We loved the balcony! We always like to come back in the evenings and spend time out there and this one was perfect!! It really was a beautiful condo and perfect for the 4 of us! Thanks for such an enjoyable stay!

We had two families come in for vacation. It was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen had all the necessities. Great location! There’s nothing I would change! Beach was great and kids really enjoyed the pool. Communication prior to arrival was great. 10/10!

GREAT Condo

LOVED this condo, check in was easy, it was super clean and had everything we needed. There were 8 of us and plenty of room. I seen some complaints about the elevators, we stayed 4 days/3 nights and they weren't slow at all. The pool is a little small, but we spent quite a bit of time at the beach so it wasn't a big deal. I will say the parking spots are TINY. We were on the line a little bit and they gave us a warning ticket, so that is a little annoying. Other than that GREAT place to stay. 10/10

Beautiful view with nice amenities

This place was great. The view was amazing and they had some great amenities (and even beach toys and chairs to use). No need to lug a bunch of extra stuff with you. The beds were comfy too and there was plenty of space to just hang out. Balcony was a great place to sit, read a book and look out at the ocean.

Family Beach Trip

Accommodations were wonderful. We have stayed at Seawind several times and this was the nicest rooms we have had. The elevator was broke for about 1 1/2 days which was inconvenient but the property manager/security was very accommodating about providing assistance until they were back up and running. Will definitely consider booking here again.

Great location. Property was clean. Great beach view from balcony. They have beach accessories available for use. We also left a beach ball because we didn’t want to take it with us so hopefully they keep with the rest of the stuff. Had a great experience overall.

Relaxing with exceptional views!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay! The condo is in wonderful shape, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The view from the balcony is my favorite for sunrises and sunsets. And, my walks on the beach were super fun with easy access from the condominium. I highly recommend this property.

Family vacay

The site provided what was needed. The condo was nice and had plenty of space. The only issue was the stools were stained and the lock on the sliding door was broke. The location to the beach was great. There needed to be more elevators. Less chairs/umbrellas for rent directly in front of the condo building would have been nice. We had one issue with parking passes that did not settle well with us. It ended up costing us more.

Great Condo on the Beach

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was in a great location, clean, and up to date. Parking was tight but we managed and elevators at peak hours are a little tuff. Overall great experience and we plan to be back.

Wonderful place to stay and great location!

The condo we rented was excellent. The property owners were so gracious and understanding, especially when I couldn't figure out the television, lol. The location and view were awesome, and the condo had everything we needed, except for food, of course. The little market across the street is also very handy. We had such a good time and hated to leave. I would recommend this rental to anyone who wants to visit the Gulf coast!

The condo itself was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The wagon filled with chairs and mats for the beach were so nice! Our kids loved the beach toys that were in the condo and they provided many hours of entertainment! It was a great location as we could walk to many restaurants. The pool, splash pad and hot tub were great but it would have been nice if it was heated for the cooler days. Overall, it was an amazing stay and we’re looking forward to coming back!

Gulf Shores Fall Break Hit!

This unit was amazing! Location and view of the gulf were perfection! Beach toys/chairs/umbrella came in handy - Pools and splash pad were NOT heated in October which was a bummer. There was also NOTHING to cook with i.e. salt, pepper or oil. If you want to cook bring everything to season with you! Market across the street was great and had some essentials! We will save this one and hope to come back for more memories!
