Beautiful 2 bdrm beachside condo

***Elevator will be down November 24-26. Guests are welcome, but will need to use the stairs***

***Floor and deck repair taking place Dec 1 - 12. Guests are welcome, but walking access will be limited***

Sandpiper is a low density three story complex. Its unique V shape building and shared common area walkway in front of each condo lends to a friendly get to know your neighbor atmosphere. Family reunions, large groups of people traveling together and individual families choose this property often. The tropical courtyard, seasonally-heated swimming pool (mid-March through October, as needed) and grilling areas give Sandpiper an ambiance all its own. It is a highly requested property and has the most repeat guests.
