Seawind 1509 is the perfect place to unwind and make memories with your family and friends! This condo was recently purchased by a new owner and has been updated with new decor and new bedding. The home also has new high quality vinyl flooring throughout. PARKING: Covered parking is available. Guest to pay parking pass per car.

Seawind is located in the heart of Gulf Shores and walking distance to so much classic Gulf Shores fun: the beach, Sea & Suds, Pink Pony, The Hangout, Gulf State Fishing Pier, surf shops, ice cream, hot dogs and more!! Seawind has so many wonderful amenities for guests of all ages to enjoy!!

Girls getaway!

My sister-in-law and I enjoyed a four night getaway . Very nice condo with beautiful view of the gulf. Very well stocked with all the supplies we needed, just had to add a little food. Would highly recommend. Within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops.

We came for Hangout Fest and Brittany’s condo is a total prime location! Close to restaurants, Surf Style, a market. The condo was clean and cute! Brittany was great at communication. Thank you for everything Brittany!

Perfect Beach Trip

Everything was exactly as expected. My group and I had one of the best beach trips to date while staying at this condo! The location is prime and close to everything. Overall, I couldn’t be more pleased with my stay!

This property was clean and cozy. The beds were sooo soft and comfortable. The view was amazing and the property owner was helpful and responsive. Had a wonderful time at the beach was not crowded and the pool was nice and clean. I would highly recommend this rental.

Great location!

3rd year and it was delightful as always. 2 things, beds and couch are worn out and uncomfortable, had to make bunk beds when we arrived exhausted. Owners are very professional.

We LOVED our vacation here! The condo was very clean and nice. It was also decorated very nicely. The location was convenient, we could walk or a drive a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go! I loved being able to walk right onto the beach or overlook the ocean from the balcony. The owner was also very informative and helpful. We will definitely be back and use this condo again!

Spring Break 2024

This was a last spring break for many of our kiddos, as they are graduating. We traveled with 4 other families that also stayed at Seawind. We love the condos and we love the location! Next door to Sea and Suds and walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, putt putt, ice cream, etc. this is our second time staying in Seawinds and we hope to return again.

Girl's Trip

We had a great girl's trip! The property was very inviting and had a great views of the beach. Weather wasn't the best so Brittany purchased family games that were delivered. Just show the extra step she takes to accommodate her guests! Great week!

Overall we had a great stay here. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars on everything was that the pool and hot tub were not able to be used while we were there, and we weren’t given a heads up about that until we got there. The host was very apologetic and researched another place for us to stay that did have a working pool/hot tub. We chose to stay at the condo as we had already unpacked and that was our only complaint. The condo was very clean and had plenty of kitchen appliances, beach chairs, extra blankets, and anything we could have needed was there We would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a great experience at this beautiful condo. Comfy beds, great balcony, lots of beach stuff in the laundry room! The elevator is a bit slow at certain times of the day, but I would stay again.

Perfect Vacation Getaway

Great location and ocean view. Was with in walking distance to most restaurants and souvenir shops. Access to the beach was easy and not overly crowded. Our Condo was very welcoming and comfortable during the stay.

Family spring break 2025

We had the most wonderful time! The unit is in the most perfect location. There is plenty of space. My 12 y/o son loved the bunk beds. You can easily walk around the area to local restaurants, shopping and ice cream :). The pool was not open but we went to the beach everyday. Only con were the elevators. Be patient with the elevators. There are only two for the entire building. There are carts available in the lobby of the elevator areas for when you are un/loading your car. Also the parking garage was under construction however we never had issues finding a space. If we go back to Gulf Shores, I would definitely rebook this unit!

Beautiful Sunset - Great Host - Would go back!

The property was as described, clean and beautiful, on the beach, great response from host when needed, would definitely recommend for your stay! The master suite was amazing with the patio door as well as the one in the main room. Kitchen setup was great for cooking in and the area had many options for heading out to eat. Beautiful sunsets off the amazing southwest corner balcony!
