"It's a great location for walking access to the restaurants. The beach is beautiful and easily accessible from the hotel. We setup at the pool and had a direct view of the Gulf, spending the day going back and forth to the beach. The rooms were very clean, and staff very attentive. We ate at the Winrose restaurant multiple times and the food never disappointed. This is the second straight year we stayed here and have recommended to others, who equally enjoyed the property. If I go back to Pensacola Beach again, I would definitely stay here."

"(I have traveled a lot) This is an old traditional two story outside entrance property. It has been SIGNIFICANTLY modernized and a true diamond in the rough. It has new split system (QUIET) air-conditioning. The door has a solid sealed threshold (NO Roach Walk In's) newer and well designed basic furnishings. Modern lighting / controls. Nice art and comfortable beds / linens. Great bar and simple music on weekends. This place is a great value!"
