Discover the paradisiacal hideaway of our exclusive finca in the south-west of Tenerife, away from mass tourism and at a picturesque altitude above the charming fishing village of Alcalá. This unique holiday complex, surrounded by unspoilt mountain scenery and idyllic banana plantations, offers unrivalled privacy and tranquillity with its 6 individual residential units on a spacious plot of 10,500 sqm at 100 metres above sea level. The fully equipped finca guarantees a carefree stay without neighbours, with the luxury of having the entire complex exclusively to yourself.

Inside, guests can expect excellent facilities: 6 fully equipped kitchens, 9 bedrooms, 2 sofa beds and 7 bathrooms as well as 2 guest toilets offer generous comfort and privacy. The attractive interior design and comprehensive amenities ensure that every stay feels like a home away from home.

The outdoor area leaves nothing to be desired: A heated pool area at around 27 degrees Celsius, surrounded by ample loungers and parasols, a snail shower with hot water and a self-service bar area provide ideal conditions for relaxation under the Tenerife sun. Additional comfort is provided by a large sandpit for children, a fully walled property for maximum privacy, a motorised entrance gate, a garage, sun-protected parking spaces and ample parking.

The area surrounding the finca is equally impressive: the original fishing village of Alcalá with its warm atmosphere and an inviting bay is just a 10-minute walk away. The exclusive Abama golf course is also just 6 km away. Other golf courses and attractions in the south of Tenerife can be easily reached by car in around 30 minutes.

The finca is an ideal choice for family celebrations, anniversaries, meetings or incentive trips. In addition to numerous amenities such as free fruit and vegetables and a washing machine, each flat has its own furnished terrace. Merveilleux séjour dans un grand espace calme et très bien aménagé.

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine avec nos 4 enfants et conjoints et nos 9 petits enfants.Une grande propriété très bien aménagée avec une piscine chauffée où les petits ont passé d'excellents moments.Un espace de vie très agréable dont une cuisine ouverte sur une terrasse équipée d'un barbecue et de grandes tables pour les repas avec une magnifique vue sur la mer et l'île de la GOMERA.Toue la famille au grand complet était ravie!
