"spotless ,staff very nice,apartments good,had some cockroach issues but staff were quick to rectify"

"Requested a ground floor pool view room, I know requests can’t be guaranteed but we had lots and lots of steps to get to our room and our view was a brick wall"

"Reception staff where friendly, room was a good size. Pool was cold most days. Not heated. Pillows where needing refreshed. Bar sold cocktails, more expensive than outwith the hotel, and only did 5 set ones. Didn't do margaritas for example. Kind of expect to sit wt hotel and relax with the drink you want, but this wasn't possible. Construction site across the road so air quality was poor, plus the obvoius noise pollution. Not relaxing for holiday. Paid extra for a patio, it was huge, but was missing a chair for the 3rd guest. Plus a lot of dust from the aforementioned construction site meant our feet where filthy if we walked in it, plus couldn't dry clothes in it. "

"Really nice place to stay. Great amenities, great staff, great breakfasts. The apartment we had was clean though definitely in some places you could see where things had become worn or in need of a little maintenence. Other than that I cannot complain. Would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend it."
