"The room is very nice and clean. We have a balcony room look into the pier. We loved. Reception staff speak english an very nice and a lot of courtesy. A lot of thanks to a young lady , her name is Ellie in reception helped me to book a car to go to Shenzhen because we have a lot of luggages. She telephoned to make sure luggages fit in th car. The location is near to the famous Beijing pedestrian walk. The metro station and shopping mall is just at the basement of the apartment building. No regrets staying here. "
