"We had a wonderful relaxing weekend at Whale Watch Inn. We stayed in the Swan Room. Quiet, secluded studio with private balcony. Wonderful, jetted tub!!! Just what we needed to unwind from a busy lifestyle. Thanks Miren!!!"

Excellent location but smelly
"Excellent location but when I entered the property, there was a strong musty smell throughout the house. The smell pretty much disappeared while I was there. But when I got home, clothes smelled like mold."

"The place was great with views of the ocean from every room of this oceanfront property.There is an Ant problem in the kitchen area that should be addressed. The second bedroom bathroom needs to be upgraded as it’s showing its age especially the tub."

Gualala quickly stole our hearts and we cannot wait to go back and visit. It's just amazingly beautiful and it isn't touristy at all. The locals were incredibly friendly and it's the perfect place for a getaway.
