Wonderful location. Our room had a terrace facing the main square. Very friendly staff, pretty much a full breakfast included with rate. Close to subway. Very basic room but clean.

This was a great place to stay in the center of Guadalajara city close to all the attractions nearby, especially the cathedral and the Mercado everything was walkable. And the breakfast was very good The rooms need a little more work done but overall very good and the best part was the view from the room.

The hotel is convenient and located near many nice landmarks. However, it is an old building in a not-so-fancy location. My room had a view of the park, which was a plus. However, we encountered many issues with our card key, as it easily got discharged. They have good beds and clean sheets. They have a restaurant, and breakfast is included. The main entrance is a bit scary, as they have a plaza full-time for homeless people. The plaza is a bit insecure, but the security personnel will give you good advice; please listen to them.

Upon entrance there was a security guard. She had to take us up to the lobby on the first floor. Check in process was simple. They have a QR code on info about the hotel. I do not recommend eating the free breakfast as the food has been sitting out uncovered. There were flies. The food had been sitting out of temperature for several hours. Upon room entrance we learned that you plug one key card into an insert to activate the electricity. Our view of the cathedral and city center was impeccable. There is always a lot of activity happening so the sleep was not very restful but the location was convenient. The first morning we woke up at about 4am because people were setting up for a bike competition. They were building the ramps. Very dusty. The staff was kind.
