The parking was great, the price is good for the area, breakfast is included and the lift is literally right next door to the hotel. The bar and grill was pretty good as well.

100% coming back!
We had the most amazing stay at Eiger Lodge Chic for my husband’s 30th birthday. The staff were so friendly, attentive and helpful, and even gave us two free drink tokens to redeem at the bar as a birthday treat. The free bus ticket was a real bonus and it allowed us to go up to Grindelwald town super easily. The room was incredibly comfortable with the most magical view. The only reason I’ve gone 4/5 stars on the room is because the double/king bed was actually two singles, with two duvets which is not something I had anticipated (but was fine!) and while the pillows are insanely soft, we both personally needed to ask for an extra one as they were almost too soft. The included breakfast was exactly what you need for a short ski trip away and everything was well presented and tasty. The ski/boot room was also easy to access and a real bonus. We will 100% come back to Eiger Lodge Chic in the future!

Nice hotel
Overall the hotel is situated in a good place near to all transport systems. The rooms are very cosy and well maintained. One little problem we had this year and last year, pillows. Pillows are not that good. We used to fold them still not good. We had to ask another pillow but same issue. We had neck pain. Just a request if you kindly change the pillows with little hard and more foam in. Rest like breakfast and their customer service was all good

Very close to train, bus, and lifts to ski and play at Jungfrau. Area lacks restaurants but as we travelled by train it was perfect to settle in quickly getting off at grindewald terminal. Able to drop luggage early or leave in secure area while enjoying top of Europe after checking out. Walk to Grindewald takes 25 min or scenic walk via canyon is 40 min. Shops and restaurants are up in Grindewald near sports center. Be sure to check out sports center to swim and ice skate.

Nice property, looks clean, new and conveniently located to the Grindelwald Terminal to take the cable car to Jungfraujoch. Staff is helpful and parking is on the ground floor sheltered. Would recommend.

The room is clean but quite small and basic amenities. The view of the mountains and Grindelwald is spectacular. Staffs are friendly. The only that that confused me is that when I booked the room online on expedia there was no better room option to book with balcony view, so I added remarks for a room with balcony. Upon check in I reminded the staff that I did indeed request for a room with balcony then she told me oh that is CHF 10 more, which I paid but felt wrong because it was like being asked to pay more than what you booked. The rates should be specifically stated online if there are 2 categories, for rooms with balcony and without and not asked to be paid extra only when check in when there was no superior option to book online.

We spent 3 nights in an Eiger Chic room. I debated between staying here in Grindelwald Terminal or staying in downtown Grindelwald. I chose to stay here because we would be right by the Eiger Express making it easy to go to JungFrau early in the morning before the crowds. It was a good decision. We liked how close the Terminal was giving us easy access to both the Eiger Express and Männlichen cable cars. The Coop market in the Terminal was also larger than we expected. It was a quiet location - we could hear cow bells from our room. Although the room was small, we had a balcony which was great. Breakfast was uninspired but useful. There isn't a lot in the area which suited us but some may prefer to be in the city itself

You can’t stay any closer to Jungfraujoch “top of the world” experience, and there’s a train stop adjacent making this place very convenient. There is another train stop in Grindelwald village, cute little town with lots of quaint shops and restaurants, surrounded by the Alps.

Perfect stay for Jungfraujoch.
Location, location, location! It is just next to the Grindelwald terminal station that you can either take cable car to Jungfraujoch or take train to go in & out of Grindelwald. For those who like adventures, the station for Too of advanture is just a few minutes away from the hotel by foot. Breakfast at 7:00am but can start at 6:30am for less items but still good breakfast.

Great Value for Summer Break
Great for access to Terminal Station, but a walk up to town (if you have a travel pass, you can just grab a train or bus, otherwise it's a steep walk uphill). Very reasonable prices in a ski lodge vibe. Easy check in, decent sized rooms with all the expected amenities. We enjoyed staying here as it was great value for money and free breakfast is a rare bonus in Switzerland. There's a nice lounge too with snooker table and dart board. Can imagine this place really shines in winter as a ski lodge but for our summer holiday it was very useful and well priced.

Chose the property partly because of the views depicted on Expedia. My room on the first floor had a terrible claustrophobic feeling in the view. Perhaps part of the blame goes to Expedia, but in any case disappointing. Also, the rooms were extremely basic almost like dorm rooms, or military barracks.
