The châlet is typical and as described (note, however, that room 1 is mentioned twice in the description, but it is a 4-bedroom châlet, not a 5-bedroom châlet).The châlet is a 10-minute walk from the ski lifts, and 5-6 minutes from the old center of Grimentz (splendid). "We came in the summer looking to hike in the area and it was great. We were there only a few day but wish we had a longer stay. Many hiking/biking trails. Sabrina is a wonderful host and very helpful. It is not a large house but the 3 of us had plenty of room. The kitchen has everything you need and all the appliances worked and appear fairly new. Washer and dryer are very nice and the wifi is good. A 15 minute walk to the cable car gets you down to Wiler (if you don't want to drive, a winding...

"We enjoyed our week long stay here. We never got tired of the great view of the Matterhorn! The apartment was clean and very close to restaurants, grocery stores and ski lifts. We had 2 couples so each had their own bathroom which was nice. We were able to walk to everything. Although there is no washer/dryer, it was easy to use a laundry service nearby (Mundizia). We would definitely stay here again if we ever get back to Zermatt!"

Stunning Views, Top-Notch Amenities, and Exception

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The views—especially of the Matterhorn—are absolutely stunning. The amenities are top-notch, with a beautiful spa area that includes steam rooms, saunas, a hammam, and both indoor and outdoor pools, all with that incredible mountain backdrop. Breakfast was another highlight—tons of variety and even a chef preparing fresh omelets and fried eggs on the spot. The property is spotless, and the staff couldn’t be friendlier. The concierge was especially helpful, giving us great recommendations for hikes and things to do in and around the area. Definitely take advantage of their advice! The hotel also offers a free shuttle to and from the train station, which made things so convenient—just let them know your arrival time in advance. As for the location, it’s perfect—close to the main street and everything you’d want to see in Zermatt. The town is small and walkable, so getting around is easy. Highly recommend this place if you're heading to Zermatt!"

"Great location, spa, pool and service. Rooms are nice, but Zermatt does not do AC. They did provide a Dyson fan, but it was so loud that it was not usable. The outside air temp.is perfect so no AC needed. "

"This was a top property, very well maintained by an owner who cares for his guests. It was within in easy walking distance to all parts of the town. The breakfast was good and the staff could not help you enough and went out of their way when required. Tip for anyone heading to Switzerland, get the Swiss half fare card. We recouped our costs on two attractions in Zermatt and had already saved a lot."
