「It was fine for the cost. No bugs, not a great area but you’re probably not getting mugged. Took me 20 minutes to get the key cause the guy working the desk was asleep in the office LOL Would stay here again because it was stupid cheap.」

「First of all the person on the phone was short and was trying to sell me a price double the price when I was online looking at the same room for 56$ with tax included. Also asked if they have a shuttle bus and he said yes, and when she arrived at the airport and got into the shuttle line they told her that there was no shuttle that goes to that hotel and that she would need to take a taxi or Uber to get there. The hotel was 12 mins away! 12! So she never got to stay in that room I booked for her...

「The room was not clean upon arrival, and the sheets appeared dirty. When I requested clean sheets from the staff, I was met with an unprofessional attitude. Housekeeping services were not provided daily as expected. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations. Additionally, after expressing concerns about these issues, I was told to leave without a refund. Unfortunately, the customer service and overall experience were disappointing.」
