"Great location. Well-kept hotel."

"I missed my connection flight, but I was lucky to find this hotel to spend the night. I called many hotels around Atlanta airport but this was the only one offering a 24/7 shuttle service to and from the airport (the other ones would stop at 11:30 pm and return at 5 am) and I arrived at the airport after midnight. Room and bathroom were clean; perfect for my short stay. Breakfast was great and I had a chance to spend a few hours in the lounge area after my check out and later on take the shuttle to return to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"The staff was very helpful and addressed my concerns right away. My TV wasn't working upon my arrival and a very nice gentleman had it working almost immediately. The front desk staff was kind enough to lend me a computer mouse for my laptop as I forgot mine. The only problem I encountered was during Saturday morning breakfast. It looked like there were only 1 or 2 staff trying to keep up with the breakfast rush. They were doing their best, but the orange juice was empty and the waffle mix and breakfast sausage both ran out and there were quite a few guests waiting in line for these items. But, again, they appeared to be doing their best. I think they were just understaffed. "

"The P&P provision bar and Livingston Bar and restaurant was excellent! There was affordable and m delicious dishes. I really enjoyed the gumbo and berry mock tail from P & P late at night. And the next day I had a wonderful view of the fox theatre and a grand breakfast with the most amazing waiter named Earl at Livingston Bar and Restaurant. The front desk staff was especially helpful with getting taxis for me for my excursions in the city, my trip would have been a look harder without Thembela and Jada!"

"This was my first time staying at The Starling and I must say each staff member was a delight. Eric at the Guest Services/Front Desk area made sure that I had a wonderful experience and Dontrell from The Lounge area treated myself and friends with great food and drinks throughout our stay. Even the Valet team always had high energy and enthusiasm. The entire atmosphere was welcoming and vibrant and truly unlike anything I’ve experienced. Great hospitality is hard to come by but The Starling team certainly get an A . Not to mention, the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was centrally located so venturing out was never an issue. My only con is the confusion about parking but that was sorted out by Eric and team at Guest Services. Thank you again and I look forward to staying again. "
