"Lovely property and neighborhood. Easy parking and entrance into rooms. Tidy and clean. One of the best morning and evening views of the small lake with geese and other wildlife I have ever had in a rental spot. Spring blooming dogwoods were spectacular.Only suggestions would be to have dish towels for the kitchenette and bath soaps for the tub. Maybe better prints for the walls. Highly recommend and would rent again."

"A very convenient location with great proximity to central Greenwich but in a quiet area on the west side of town. The neighborhood has a cool vibe…coffee shop, thrift shop, church, multi-family homes…it is its own little corner of what has become a very busy town. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!"

Owner is very precise in communicating (via Vrbo's app messaging) all pertinent information leaving nothing to guesswork. I would recommend this location without hesitation!"

"Stayed at this rental for three nights. This is a very new renovation. Two spacious rooms upstairs with bathroom. The kitchen and the appliances were all like new. There were two additional half baths on level one and the basement. The half bath in the basement needs help, so we did not use it. There is a furnished room in the basement with a large TV. The area was very quiet. The host was super responsive when we had questions and took quick action to ensure that we had a great experience. The rental is equipped with washer and dryer. Also, there is a garage for your car. Check out at 12 noon was also appreciated."
