The Space:

Nothing is more relaxing than breathing in the fresh forest air from the spacious deck as you grill up a delicious barbeque feast or simply gather with loved ones for your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. Beyond the home, head to the namesake lake to cast a line in hopes of catching the evening’s dinner, hike the area on breathtaking trails winding through lush landscapes, or set out to explore the excitement of city life filled with shopping, dining, and even more water-themed entertainment at nearby Lake Arrowhead, just a short 30-minute drive away.



The home’s cozy interior exudes those quintessential cabin vibes, the warm wood trim and accents creating a haven for relaxation after long days out exploring. The living room offers comfortable sofa and armchair seating along with a smart TV for streaming all your favorite entertainment. Keep warm by the fire in the cooler months, the perfect ambiance for a family movie or game night. Steps away, the efficient kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to prepare meals in the convenience of home, whether you prefer home cooking or takeout from a newly discovered local restaurant. Gather the whole crew at the chic table, with 4 chairs and bench seating keeping you dining in good company.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes 2 full size beds and a TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a TV.



The home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Per City and County ordinances, guests must sign the Good Neighbor Policy and provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in. This policy covers noise, occupancy, parking, and trash. Failure to comply will result in reservation cancellation without a refund.

• This home does not offer laundry facilities. Guests may be charged for excessive cleaning, odors, or damage beyond normal use.

• Unpaved driveway parking for 2 vehicles, no street parking allowed.

• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets allowed. An additional daily pet fee of $35 will be required in addition to your final booking costs. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pets, do not leave them alone in the house without being in a kennel, and do not allow them on furniture.

• This home is equipped with three external security cameras. The first is located above the front door, actively monitoring the entrance. The second is located on the large tree in the front yard, actively monitoring the front of the home. The third is located on the back shed, actively monitoring the rear of the home.

• The fireplace is currently not working. We apologize and hope you still enjoy a warm and cozy atmosphere with us.

For stays of 28 days or more a mid-stay clean is mandatory and will cost $123.
