「Check-in was fine, however, they did not return our deposit. When I called to enquire about it, they kept disconnecting the call or not answering it at all. When I called the Hotels.com, they said I had to go through the Hotel. We travel quite a bit through this area. We would have made this place a routine stop for us, however, the lack of attempted communication warrants concern about their business practices.」
