My stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed. The amenities were top-notch, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The appearance was good. Beds very uncomfortable. Persons next to us BBQ’d right in front of the door so smoke filled the room. Staff very friendly. There was a roach in our room.

enjoyed the 2 nights, so extended another night

manager was very accommodating, he even showed me to the room. I didn't like the room, so he moved me to a different room at no extra costs. I was able to look directly from my room to see my car in front the door. It was also my first time using a motel's laundry facilities, it was clean, and the machines seems to work well.

I booked my stay via Hotels.com as my trustworthy resource for this specific hotel. Reviews weren't bad for this hotel online. My reservation was last minute and the person helping me check in (remotely) was very patient and helpful with my situation. In the contraire, the room was not clean. The bed sheets on 1 of 2 beds had stains of unknown sources and the other bed had stains and also a very noticeable hole/cut on the top bed cover(brown). Bath tub was clearly dirty, floor had a wet stain on floor which we wiped off with a bath towel that was dirty after wiping wet stain. Luckily, we had desinfectant spray in our vehicle to wipe and spray surfaces down in order to be somewhat comfortable to sleep. Tv wall mount would not hold up Tv on position or angle. The remote was not functional and batteries kept falling out. And we were also not provided with a property map Our room # was 227

Fast easy check in, staff explained how to use the remotes for the TV and a/c heater unit. Staff answered all of my questions. Very clean room, the a/c heater unit, the TV, lights, and shower all worked great. Checking out was also fast and easy.

Well sadly I was totally dissatisfied with the whole stay.first off there was a cigarette burn on the bed.stains all over the walls.handprint stains on the ceiling. No hot water whatsoever for the shower.towels were disgusting and stained.the whole stay was so uncomfortable with the people outside all night. Room was just filthy. I didn’t use the blankets or pillows do to seeing stains everywhere. If i was able to get my money back I would but I know it’s a total loss for me.needless to say never again will i stay there.photos depicted a clean nice room when clearly the room was not as it is in the photos.i honestly dont know how the reviews show it being so good.

The first room the gave me had roaches and was dirty so I asked for a new room and the second room they gave me had no electricity. I communicated this to the desk and the remote worker. Both rooms smelled like cigarettes. The room next door had a dog. There was no staff or security overnight and many people roaming the property. Many people were living in the hotel which did not make it ideal for short term stays.
