"Food not hot. Parking ok. But noticed 3 lg semi trucks allowed to park overnight in red zone (fire zone)."

"Room was clean, staff was very friendly. enjoyed our stay. What could be better is amenities in the bathroom as far as soaps and towels. We were given two more towels when requested, but there were only two regular size towels in the room for the two of us."

"Ac / heating units are old and make alot of noise. I was woken up at 430am to what sounded a fire alarm going off. Turns out it was the ac unit on the ceiling. Called down and was offered ear plugs or to change rooma at 430 AM I was able to finally fall back to sleep around 8am. Went down to show them a video of the sounds and where it was coming....i was apologized to and given 1 hour extra to check out at 12 instead of 11...talk about not being aware of how the customer feels. I can care less about the "thank you" for letting them know about the AC... Probably will avoid this hotel moving forward, as i felt like i was not taken care of."

"The room was clean but we had a shelf fall in the bathroom. We told the front desk but maintenance never came to fix it. The breakfast was okay for free breakfast. The pool and hot tub was nice."

"The fitness center was above average. Not the best neighborhood, good food at the Vallartas Mexican grocery store. We will stay here again. Costco with 3 miles. Near by shopping center."

"The room was nice, but trash all over the property. Trash spilling out of dumpster next to my cabin. The pool was swamp green I actually ended up leaving and not staying the night"
