"Third time at hr Innsbruck inn. Not easy to leave a comment because we would like this wonderful hotel to remain a secret as much as possible and leave it to us! Rooms, all amenities, location, staff, breakfast, everything is excellent. One thing we would like to see changed is for the air conditioning that are really too noisy."

"The rooms were large and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing that I would change and it is very small is change the coffee. It was the worst. Maybe also add a small maker to each room and an iron .. Overall the it was very good."

"Such a great experience and stay. We checked in as guests and left as family. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location perfect, and the staff beyond friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning."

"Location near UVM is excellent. Staff was very good. Hot coffee all day and pastries included for breakfast. Rooms were clean and spacious, but could use a little maintenance. Would definitely stay at the hotel again,"
