「The room itself was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. However, the room lacked a full length mirror. This was a major inconvenience because we were attending a formal event. The outside property could use alot of curb appeal and attention. Truthfully, it was an eyesore and made us very nervous as we were driving in. Suggestions would be some planters, flowers, benches, ice machines. I believe this would draw more visitors. Overall, I would stay there again and recommend this place...

「A run down hotel that sells itself as a higher grade than it is. No restaurant on premises (expedia site mentions there is...). Very well located and tge closest to the beach which saved our trip.」

「We really loved our two nights day at Phil and Ann‘s. The rooms were clean. The air-conditioning worked great the staff was wonderful. The room was quite small but recently updated so everything was new. The beds were comfortable pillows were nice linens, spelt clean, and fresh. Love the little amenities on the property fire pits, basketball volleyball, badminton little putt putt, mini golf. We would definitely stay there again to enjoy a few days in Rhode Island.」

「We loved our stay here! Very close to water, we enjoyed getting a morning complementary coffee and walking down to the water in the morning. The owner was there during breakfast to make sure everything was being refilled and kept fresh for breakfast. The room and bathroom were both very clean and house keeping came every day to clean and give fresh towels. I will definitely be rebooking here next year!」

「The room was clean and seems pretty new. First night we couldn’t sleep because of a next room having three kids. Next day we complained and the staff were helpful and changed the room. We asked them someone to move our stuff but we came back late and we found no one moved anything. We had to Pack and to carry our luggage to a lower floor! There is no lifts in the property!!! My 13 year old had to carry the heavy luggage. Next day, r found the AC was dripping water and made the carpet wet. In...
