Room very warm even with windows open which could be a problem in the warmer weather but there was a fan in the wardrobe to use Friendly staff . Very close to town centre . Bar staff lovely . Great breakfast . Will definitely be back highly recommend "

"A really great stay in Harrogate - fantastic location within walking distance of the town centre shops, restaurants and bars and of course Betty's! We enjoyed drinks in the hotel bar, staff on reception and in the bar were friendly and welcoming and our room was really comfortable. Only downside was the basement room we had was under one of the function rooms and there was a wedding taking place which meant it was quite noisy until the early hours but not a major problem. Overall a really good hotel and would definitely come back! "
