"Excellent location!! 5 minute walk to English Bay beach, sea wall and Stanley park! Building is older and could use some upgrades. Does not have central air conditioning!!! Just window unit in room and some are very old. Originally on 5th floor with balcony and ocean views but it was roasting like an oven so we traded it for a lower floor and parking lot view. Beds comfy and room well cleaned. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again"

Since we were staying only one night, we dealt with the room, opened windows all night and put fan on medium/high. The positive things were the hotel location is excellent.
