「The property is just a block from the lakefront and makes it so easy to enjoy the beach area. Fairport Harbor is a quaint little town with many great places to visit...all within walking distance of this property. We even took advantage of a Friday night festival in the park. The room was very clean and parking was easy. The mattress could use replacing but we thought enough of this place to come back for a second time.」

「The host’s communication was great, she texted me on the first day and told me to let her know if I needed anything. The property was very clean and welcoming, everything seen in the pictures is what you get. The checking in and checking out was easy. This would be a great house if you plan to stay in Painesville with a group of people, or even just 2. I would stay here again if I were to plan another trip and highly recommend! 「We throughly enjoyed our mini family reunion. The house is perfectly set up for entertaining even when restricted to indoors due to poor weather. Plenty to do and space to eat, sleep, and socialize.
