Guests have full access to the entire cabin, private yard, driveway parking, and all listed amenities. Snowmobile access is directly from the driveway in winter conditions.

• Wildlife is common in the area — please secure trash and food properly.
• Winter conditions may require AWD/4WD vehicles.
• Pet approval required prior to booking.
• The garage may be used for guest entry and exit.
• Garage storage space is limited and not intended for guest storage.
• A portion of the garage contains secured owner items.
• For security purposes, cameras monitor the owner storage area only. No cameras are located inside the living spaces.

Columbine Lake is a private, covenant-controlled community. It therefore restricts the use of the following for non-members/renters:
- clubhouse
- gazebo
-horse pasture
- OHV`s
- Columbine Lake (for fishing, boating, paddle boarding, kayaking & swimming).
Please keep in mind when booking, that this property is located in a quiet neighborhood with many full-time residents. Please plan on using one of the three local lakes (Grand, Granby, Shadow MTN) for all you lake activities.
