This property really is the perfect hotel. The staff, the food, the view it’s all just lovely. The only negative me and my partner could find was the lack of vegetarian options on the restaurants menus. Staying in other hotels of this this standard they would look to make items off the menu as a vegetarian dish, this wasn’t offered.

As always we had a wonderful stay. However we are still confused and bemused by the beach seating arrangements. Last time we were here this was already confusing but this year took the cake! We were assigned beach beds which we understood were ours for the duration of our stay but the very next day our beds had been given to someone else!!!! Who is policing this?!?!

Amazing stay at Royal Palm Beachcomber Mauritius

Without any doubt the best hotel we have ever stayed in. We have been travelling most of the world and have stayed in many luxury resorts and hotels but non at par with Royal Palm Beachcomber. The rooms and the hotel facilities in itself, the location and not least the staff are outstanding. The service level is extremely high and as a guest you feel that the entire staff at all levels knows you by name and know of any preferences or challenges you as a guest may face. We can only give this hotel our highest recommendations - we will for sure be back

全てにおいて「快適」という言葉しか浮かばないベストホテル

部屋に着くとシャンパンと果物が用意してありました。冷蔵庫の飲みの物（お水、コーラ、ペリエ、オレンジ等）もどれだけ飲んでも滞在中はフリーです。室内は広くてきれいで海が臨めます。バスタブとシャワーは別です。シャワー室は仕切られていて中も広くシャワーの水圧も高いです。部屋から直接ビーチへ出られます。ビーチのシートは部屋ごとに決められていますので、いつビーチに行ってもシートは確保してあります。シートにタオルもありますし、お水や果物も持ってきてくれます（フリー）。プールもビーチに面したところに２か所。１．２ｍの深さでとてもきれいです。ビーチにもプール周りにもホテルの従業員、警備員がたくさんいて、とても安全です。ホテル内にはＳＰＡ、テニスコート、卓球台、ジム、キッズルームが完備されています。レストランは３か所。１つは朝食と夕食が食べれるダイニング。海が見渡せて朝食時にはすずめがパンを食べに来るので一緒に朝食を食べる事が出来ます。卵料理はオーダー制で温かいものを持ってきてくれます。パンケーキやクレープも作ってくれます。夕食もビールを飲んでも日本円で６，０００円前後なのでホテル内の食事としてはそんない高くはないです。前菜を頼まなくてもちょっとした前菜を日替わりで持ってきてくれます（フリー）。２か所目はイタリアンレストランでは本格的なパスタやピザが２，０００円くらい。３か所目はビーチ内のレストラン。ここには本格的な料理の他ににハンバーガーやサンドイッチもあります。ルームサービスは２４時間利用できてレストラン内と同じ料金で利用する事が出来ますし、従業員の方がバッチリ室内で料理を用意してくれます。フロントはもちろんレストランの従業員方も皆さん名前で呼んでくれます。ホテル内の清掃の方も必ず立ち止まって挨拶をしてくれて非常に気持ちが良いです。室内の清掃も２回入るので、途中でお昼寝をしても夜は再びきれいなベッドで眠る事が出来ます。何しろ海沿いの立地ですので風が気持ち良いのですが、この時期は少し寒いくらいです。厚めの服を数枚持って行く事をお勧めします。１泊４万円ほどの部屋に泊まりましたが、そのくらい払っても十分に有り余るほどの満足が得られるホテルです。私も世界中の色々なホテルに泊まっていますが、間違いなく最高のホテルです。

Great hotel at beachside

Very respectful staff, good managers. The beach is great, with nice seasport facilities. One singe drawback - hawkers at the beach. Rooms are very clean and spacious.

Best Hotel service and pristine lagoon

Great Staff service who goes a long way to please. Pristine beach and crystal clear water for swimming and other water activities. Hotel provide a cosy atmosphere. Strongly recommend Royal Palm as a great holiday destination.

Отель в принципе оправдывает свою стоимость!Оч. много персонала. Есть и плюсы и минусы.За пределами отеля делать нечего!В отеле прекрасные рестораны.Хороший спа,только немного суетливый. Ездили на рыбалку и пойманную рыбу нам приготовил отель(Маргарита-русскоговорящий повар)но деньги за готовку все таки взяли. Порадовал центр развлечений на пляже. Все бесплатно,тюбинг,яхтинг,лыжи,снорклинг и т.д. Все оборудование и обучение бесплатно!!!Любителям снорклинга придется ездить на лодке 10 мин. от отеля на риф 2 раза в день!около отеля вода всегда мутная-и это главный и самый большой минус отеля.!!Ни на мальдивах ни на сейшелах такого нет)Коралов почти нет,с рыбками повезло больше,так же 2 раза находила и плавала с черепахой!. Из экскурсий брали яхту и ездили смотреть дельфинов-удачно. На пляже вам присвоят по приезду свой лежак,и если у вас не сьют,то на 1 ряд можете и не расчитывать.На не повезло воообще.На майские был переполнен отель и нам дали лежаки №39 они находятся прям под дневным рестораном. И с 12-30 до 16-30 звук вилок и тарелок и постоянные разговоры прям под ухом!Это тоже немного расстроило. Так же на пляже торговцы,сразу обращайтесь к охране и они уйдут.Цены в отеле демократичные. Курс рупи= рублю,удобно переводить ничего не надо.Если у вас завтрак включен,то ВНИМАНИЕ, вы бесплатно можете заказывать завтрак в номер!!Оч. красиво в самом отеле. .Отдых удался,все таки не пожалели,что выбрали этот отель и кстати,цена на этот отель была намного ниже именно на Hotels.com!

Un service parfait ! Du bonheur à l'état pur ! Dès l'accueil sur l'héliport par le directeur adjoint, on sent toute la considération que le personnel porte à la clientèle. Une fois installé dans une suite qui fait face au lagon bleu-turquoise, on n'a qu'une envie : se jeter à l'eau, nager jusqu'à la jetée et se dorer au soleil. Le restaurant ainsi que le room service offrent un service d'exception, une gastronomie très raffinée : je rêve encore de ce foie gras accompagné d'un Bollinger Grand Année 1996 ! A refaire encore, encore et encore ! Bravo au Groupe Beachcomber !
