"Clean room very good staff"

"No airport shuttle. Room pretty plain. One has to upgrade just to have a mini fridge in the room. Internet in the roomdidn't work first few days. Couldn’t watch TV. Fees at check-in doubled from what was communicated."

"Stayed at the W connected to Mandalay Bay. Calm, peaceful hotel but then on the flipside, quick access down a hallway to Mandalay Bay with all of the excitement. Mandalay Bay has an amazing pool."

"Room was average. Furniture was falling apart, mildew in showers, I paid for an upgrade but I got an average room. I brought it up to the front desk but nothing was changed. Overall good Location but in serious need of some upgrades "

"Upon check in, we were treated poorly by the young lady that checked us in. She was rude and condescending. The majority of the other staff were too busy to answer questions. The only positive encounter that we had was with the staff from housekeeping. They were on it! Prompt, respectful and very attentive. As far as the food, most of the eateries were very busy. We were very surprised of the poor quality of the food and its preparation. It was sloppy and did not taste good. One of our orders costed more than fifty dollars for two burgers and fries. The adult beverages were small with little alcohol and lots of ice. All in all it was a bad experience. I will never go there again."

"Our hotel room had dirty clothes in it from the previous guests. There was vomit on the floor near our door and the elevator that wasn’t cleaned our entire stay. The entire place needs a good cleaning. "
