「Wonderful stay」

「Had to flush the toilet at least 3 times before it emptied, continuous running. The 2 chairs in the room were extremely old and had no cushion to say, very uncomfortable. No elevator on our side of the building, only on the side that had suites. The crew could not keep up with keeping enough breakfast items out as they consistently looked out of items that were in the cupboards below. The pillows were terrible. 「This hotel is NOT even close to what it looks like in the pictures. It is a dilapidated, very dated hotel in need of a gut and complete replacement of everything. The indoor pool is empty, the grounds are littered and frankly scary to stay there, we got in and got out as quickly as possible in the morning. For the price.. this was WAY WAY over priced..」

「The view was truly Grand. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. Definitely made us want to spend more than one night! It's on our list to return.」

「The shower and bathroom were not cleaned prior to our arrival. The staff took care of it after I called and let them know unfortunately after I was in the shower. Housekeeping came right away to clean the whole room.」
