I appreciated the pet friendly offering. The desk person changed my room when I arrived to one that was right near an exterior door, which was really helpful. The room was clean and quiet.

The room was cleaner than the common areas but you need to be really brave to go past the smelly, musty hallways. Honestly, these people really need to change their attitude and refurbish the location.

This place should be condemned. It would make an excellent set for a horror movie. The motel rooms are between a closed and abandoned Mexican restaurant and a closed drained indoor pool, which looks like an closed factory. No smoke detector visible in the room. I can't believe Expedia allowed this property to be listed on it's site.

The room and bed were reasonably adequate and clean, given the bargain price. The checkin staff was courteous and helpful. There was a person always present in the lobby but made no attempt to engage or be helpful even when there was nobody at the front desk. Breakfast was a pitiful few bagels, an open stick of butter seemingly meant to be shared among guests, with no even plastic knives for spreading (there were plastic spoons and forks). There was nobody around to request help.

Not acceptable for $160 a night. It had a horrible smell. The water pressure was a trickle. The breakfast was unacceptable.

The outside of the place could use some upgrading, and the Continental Breakfast needs a makeover, choice wise.... Other than that it was a nice place to stay cuz it was close to The Pavilion and the rooms were very clean... The staff was very helpful and there was a lot of parking and I definitely would stay here again

It was ok for a one night stay. The building is run down and in need of repairs. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, good WiFi. Pour water pressure. Good AC.

My room smelled like smoke. They didn’t change it when I requested another room. Entire property smells foul. The toiletries were very average. Don’t use it. No microwave in the room when I tried to heat my food. The breakfast was terrible, no yoghurt, no corn flakes (just cherios 🍩), bagels but no breads. Even one of the pillow dint have a cover on it. So-so motel in location for my fall foliage trip.

The room was very outdated, had a strong stale cigarette smoke odor and the bathroom tub had black mold around the caulking. But the linens were clean and served its purpose for the night which was just to not have to drive back home in the middle of the night.

I travel A LOT. I have stayed in suites and flea bags. The minor updates to the rooms DO NOT make up for how disgusting the staff was. Lying to customers. Being unfriendly when you need something. There are 3 others places in Tilton alone that are far and away better. Just stay there and avoid this place like the plague. I saw families unable to check in or out because the staff would be unavailable for long periods of time. I tried to check in early but when I came back to check in when they told me to they sent an adolescent boy to the counter to tell me my room will not be ready as they said. Just be honest with me. What a waste.
