"Property was as described. Clean and safe- with a large room. Bare minimum decor and furniture. No dressers or anywhere to put your stuff. There is no staff to speak of except early mornings with cleaning people there. Which feels a bit weird. But room was clean and bed was very comfortable."

"We enjoyed our stay at Cold Springs. If you are a golfer, you would enjoy even more. The condos were dated but very clean. The people were very hospitable. The restaurant next door, PEM Burgers was great. We ate there 2 nights in a row. Would have been great to have a smart tv so we could have streamed but WiFi and cell service were adequate. Also make sure to bring all your toiletries as only hand soap provided. We would stay there again."

"The cottage was very cute and clean. It was perfect for a family group and close to Wellington State Park. The host was very helpful by giving clear directions to the property and contact info in case there were any questions. We had a lovely time."

"Adequate space for all guests and overall a great vacation. The host was very responsive and onsite support was excellent. Some minor issues related to the following:1. Some lights either did not work, or we could not find where to turn them on/off2. The remote control/s for the TV, cable box and DVR were confusing e.g. we think there were 2 remotes for the TV/cable box (1 to turn them on/off and one to control the volume?)3, Lots of ticks on property - not sure what you can do about that4. Pool is great, but the area is very hot and humid (maybe due to the weather that week?)5. There was a smell of gas at times in the large TV room in the basement as well a smell of burnt firewood (the latter may be due to being asked to keep the fireplace flue openOverall, the place needs some minor renovations but as mentioned above, we had a great time."
