「Arena Ipanema is an excellent choice for a hotel stay. Nice clean rooms. Included breakfast is a nice bonus. Great location, quick walk to Ipanema Beach, a lot of restaurants nearby. Staff was very nice from check in to check out (including housekeeping). They were quick to address the sudden loud noise coming from guests upstairs. 「総じて良いホテルだと思いますが、一点だけ残念だったのが、部屋の冷蔵庫に入っていたペットボトルの水が有料だったことです。チェックインの際にも説明はなく。部屋の中や冷蔵庫の中にも有料であること説明するものは一切ありませんでした。チェックアウトの際に突然有料であったことが知らされ、金額は300ml１本で、約１０レアルとのこと、５日間の滞在で約８０レアルもかかってしまいました。初めから知っていれば、スーパーで買ったのにと残念な思いがしました。事前の案内が欲しかったです。」

「宿泊した部屋は４階で大通りが見えない反対側で窓は狭くちょっと暗かったが清潔感もあり セーフティーボックスもしっかりしたものだったので安心して貴重品を部屋に置いて観光ができた。 宿泊した期間はリオのカーニバル期間だったのでホテル周辺のお店は閉まっているところが多く外食するときはちょっと歩かなくてはいけなかった。 インターネットは途切れることもほとんどないのでストレスなく使えた。」

「セントロに位置しながらもとても綺麗なホテルでした。また、朝食もフルーツ等多種用意されております。 室内は若干くたびれている内装もありますが、全体としては綺麗です。エレベーターを降りた際に電気が不点灯で真っ暗で驚きましたが、センサー点灯でした。」

「The location is amazing, few meters from the Copacabana beach. We got lucky to get a room with views of the beach and Christ the redeemer. The staff were helpful and the breakfast tasty. They have great caipirinhas. The swimming pool is on the roof top and provides perfect spots for pictures. 」
