「When we got there they noted there were bed bugs on the 4th floor」

「Location」

「飛行機の時間が8時半だったので7時からの朝食が食べれなかったのは残念だった。」

「I can't rave enough about how helpful the staff are! The restaurant offers excellent food in generous portions. Easy-to-use on-site guest laundry facilities compliment the whole experience. Parking availability, central location, and heritage charm round out The Guv'nor as desirable, well-valued choice! Again, thank you to the staff, both in the hotel and bar, for a warm welcome and memorable stay.」

「部屋が清潔で静か」

「I like everything」

「very good」

「スタッフは非常に親切だった。 コバエが室内に多くいたのが残念だった。」

「The room was big but it was an old hotel, and we could hear noise from everywhere - our neighbor next door, upstairs, and from the road next to our room all night long and we could hardly sleep all night. 」

「The staff were extremely helpful and friendly at all hours of the day and night, even when we were checking out at three in the morning for our early flight. (They offered to book our taxi, too, without me even having to ask.) The room was clean, comfortable, and stylish. Absolutely no complaints.」

「No housekeeping was provided. Body soap in the bathroom was empty. Facility was nice but very disappointed.」
