「Stayed one night only but wished we stayed longer to hang our fishing boots a little longer. A spacious studio for 2 people was very clean and had a small kitchen with a cafe table! The indoor hot tub was a welcomed amenity after exploring Hobbiton! The grounds staff were all friendly and Perkins, the dog, greeted us, too. Laurie, the office manager, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Her husband was a delight to talk to, also, about fishing, of course! 」

「The room, bed, and bathroom were very clean, and the kitchen facilities were excellent. The Japanese-made air conditioner was high-performance and easy to use. The only negative point was that the Wi-Fi connected, yet it showed ' Wi-Fi not connected to the internet' from the 2nd day. That was a little inconvenient. 」

「Nice and quiet room even though next to airport and road. Kids loved the Pool and Gym Food was average and expensive. Breakfast was not worth it.」

「I didn't know that there is no staff onsite and that reception is at a different motel that is further than walking distance away. I found this out after I booked. The lights on the outside of the building and lack of good curtains meant that room 1 was not dark at night. I asked to be moved which the staff were happy to oblige. There was no hairdryer, access to the laundry, or space to store bags on checkout day - all things that were advertised The rooms were quite dusty and there was no...

「Our room was clean and comfortable, though the walls are papert hin and we could hear everything from the accommodation next door. The grounds needed some cleaning up as there was a big pile of rubbish at the gateway to the entrance of our accommodation and the laundry facilities were very dirty.」

「There are no check-in staff at the motel, so you have to check-in at a different hotel and then come here. That guy was pretty nice and friendly though. The shower had a tiny drain and no shower tray, so the bathroom completely flooded, even with a short shower. There is not stove or anything in the "kitchen". There was a leak coming from behind the fridge too, so a constant pool of water on the floor. It was pretty noisy with other guests making noise and no staff to do anything about it.」
