「The door was sticky, not a problem. The humidity does that. Staff was helpful, as they saw me struggling with the door. My only complaint was the walls are so thin we could hear the neighbors from both sides. For the price, not bad.」

「We have stayed at quality inn many times. Always had a great stay. This visit was a but disappointing. No ice machine, except a small one in office. We like to fish and counted on the convenience of ice machine for our catch. No more water or hoses, or area to clean our fish we catch. We couldn't get clean towels one of the days because staff that did laundry was 2 hrs late. Lastly, we were charged for our emotional support pet. We have taken her many times and never charged. I was made aware...

「When we arrived at the property there was no one in the front office. After calling a few different numbers we finally got ahold of someone. They informed us that all reservations have been cancelled because the air conditioning went out. We did not receive a call or any notification of the cancellation. We were left with no other place to stay since it was the 4th of July weekend and no other hotels were available.」
