The apartment was a good size, light and spacious. The bathroom was slightly small. It was conveniently located across the road from the Market which offered an extensive array of food and dining options. A bit of a walk to the river frontage. If stairs are a problem for you, please be aware that there is a steep flight of stairs from the entrance of the building to the 1st floor.
The staff were friendly and helpful. A very nice stay.

We loved our stay at the GA Palace Hotel. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Our room was wonderful. We loved the pool area (even though the floor is very slippery). Our breakfast was amazing. Would definitely go back if we get to Porto again.

The area had many good restaurants and opportunities for activities such as a boat ride on the river. Walking distance to interesting sites. Great breakfast, too. Nice rooftop bar.
