"The property was double booked for the first 24 hours of our stay. We were having a family Thanksgiving on Thursday and needed a place to store refrigerated food and start preparations. The host told us we could enter the property at 10 AM. The cleaning crew was not informed and told us we could not enter. We had to bulldoze our way in and waste most of the day sitting around doing nothing like a homeless family. When we finally got inside the property, the clothes dryer was unplugged and the vent was disconnected. The clothes washer was loud as a jet engine and full of WET SHEETS! We wasted another day cooking and preparing food, plus 2 birthday cakes for our grand children. We were supposed to occupy the home from Monday to Monday, but we could not really start our vacation until Wednesday evening. The kitchen only had a few bowls and small plates, and very few soup spoons. Instead of having a full vacation, we had to overcome the annoying shortcomings that kept on plaguing this rental."

"Beautiful home with plenty of space for our for our family of 6. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The back yard is awesome with a heated pool and spa. The pickleball court was our favorite. We used it every day. Great location-only 30 minutes from SanDiego airport or anywhere else we wanted to go. I wish there was an option for more stars because 5 is not enough. I would highly recommend and if we come back to SD we will try to stay here again!"

"All of the beds are amazing and sleep is SO important!! Thank you! This house needs major maintenance. Dishwasher and main microwave are broken. Coffee maker SUPER slow. Front door is coming off of hinges. No dish towels or wash clothes, only one roll of paper towels. The home decor is just weird. No instructions to use the hot tub. Missing knobs and drain covers in 2 showers. Moldy smell in laundry room. No where to unpack a suitcase. But all things considered we had a great time. Just needs some TLC. Also no way to call or text (that I got a reply from) the owner/manager. "
