The room was great. It was as advertised. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing that wasn’t 100%was the elevator. It was not up to the rest of the hotels standard. It was dirty and needed some repairs.

Please note: the air conditioning at this property is dated and subpar. Jamal (one of the maintenance staff, wonderful, by the way) gave us a box fan which did help with the heat. I would highly recommend calling the location to see if they have upgraded yet before booking. Other than that (or if you travel there in the wintertime) our stay was great. Rent a car and check out all of the different shopping plazas - there is a Trader Joes and a Costco within a 15 drive. Check out RB Donuts and BAHA Indian restaurants. Excellent area to stay in and we will absolutely be back!

Wonderful stay! The staff were friendly and kind—the front desk team was especially warm and helpful. The rooms were clean, and the entire building was well-maintained. The lobby and restaurant are spacious with lots of seating. I also loved the refreshing outdoor seating area that connects to a small park.

Hotel was in a beautiful location. Staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was fully booked that weekend and staff couldn’t keep up with the mess people and kids left behind. My room had a great view of the pond but my windows were dirty. The pool remained clean, even though there were so many kids swimming.

8/10 – Great Stay Overall! The hotel staff was excellent! Check-in and check-out were quick, easy, and very helpful. Everyone we interacted with was extremely kind, friendly, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The hotel room itself was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of amenities. However, the bathroom could have been cleaner. There was still some trash left behind, and the trash cans did not have trash bags, which was a little disappointing. Overall, we had a great experience and would give the hotel an 8/10. The friendly and helpful staff definitely stood out and made our stay enjoyable. With a little more attention to bathroom cleanliness, this could easily be a 10/10 experience!

The 2 reasons why I chose this hotel is because I was visiting my son in San Diego and the hotel was within 5 minutes from his house. The other reason was because they allowed pets and the walking grounds are wonderful. The hotel could use a remolding and also offer free continental breakfast at least.
