"This is primarily a complaint about Hotels.com; there is no mention that I could find about a $10 per night parking fee charged at this property. The hotel looks fairly new, the bed was comfortable, everything was very clean. Breakfast was fine. Staff was slow to find me a room when the one I apparently reserved was not clean when I arrived at 3:30."
