「Für uns das enttäuschende Hotel unserer 3 Wochen Reise in Thailand. Teurer als alles vergleichbare und in vielen Punkten deutlich hinter unseren Service Erwartungen. 1. Wir versuchten wenige Minuten nach der Buchung ein Storno, weil wir sahen, dass es 1:15 von chiang rai entfernt ist und sich lediglich in der region Chiang Rai befindet. Das Hotel hat den Storno verweigert. Ist ihr gutes Recht, daher auch nur erwähnt, damit andere den Fehler nicht machen. Geht nicht in meine Bewertung ein. 2....

「Big hotel with us as only customer. Wifi got on then off often and has to be reconnected. Service was ok with no-english whatsoever.」

「This is a budget hotel - so don`t expect anything more. It is good value for money and in a location about 10 - 15 minutes walk from Chiang Saen centre. There are no cafes close to the hotel so be prepared to walk or take a ride to the centre of Chiang Saen. The staff are friendly and helpful.」

「I chose this property because they advertised they had an onsite restaurant and I could get meals. The restaurant was closed and there are limited food options in the area around the hotel. Staff professed to ‘not understand’ English when I tried to find out where I could get breakfast or a ride to town (about a 30 minute walk) - GRAB was non existent!」

「Ich war in Chiang Rai und wollte ein Hotel nähe Stadtmitte. Das Hotel wurde mir mit 400m zur Stadtmitte angezeigt. Ich buchte und verstand erst später dass mir ein Hotel in Chan Saen angedreht wurde, das kein Stadtteil von Chiang Rai ist sondern 40km entfernt liegt. Eine sofortige Stornierung habe ich nicht gefunden. Es war das letzte Mal, dass ich EXPEDIA benutzt habe. Geld in den Sand gesetzt. Reinlege」

「โรงแรมอยู่บนเนิน เดินขึ้นเนินไม่ไกลแต่ชันเอาเรื่อง คนขาไม่แข็งแรงไม่แนะนำ สภาพเก่ากว่าในรูปเยอะ ลักษณะเป็นห้องแถว แอร์ไม่เย็น จ่ายราคาดีลพิเศษ ยังไม่คุ้มเลย แถม walk-in ได้ราคาถูกกว่าดีลพิเศษอีก ยังได้อาหารเช้าด้วย แม่สายร้านอาหารหายากมาก ตอนเย็นมีร้านข้างทางพอได้ หรือไม่ต้องกินจากตัวเมืองหรือร้านระหว่างทางมาให้เรียบร้อย หรือ 7-11 มี 2 ร้าน ไปเมื่อ ธค. 61」

「A reasonably well maintained Property. The Room was as advertised. My only issue was the directions provided when using the Expedia App and choosing Google Maps; I was directed to the Property across the Street. The Hotel has no Signage on that Street. The entrance is from the other side of the Property. Something to discuss with the Owner. Other that that small “Hiccup”; I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.」
