「It's a newly built hotel, very clean and spacious. The only negative was bad WiFi in my (newer) building. Perhaps the other building has better WiFi. If you are coming by bus or van from Chiang Mai, ask to drop at the traffic light immediately after the National Museum (which is 3 minutes walk from the hotel).」

「2泊3日の旅行だったが、このホテルのおかげで存分に楽しむことができた。スタッフは全員笑顔で親切だ。私はレストランで5回の食事をしたが、全部美味しかった。全部だ。スパを2回利用したが、とても気持ちよかった。技術も素晴らしい。宿泊中にイレギュラーもあったが、対応力が素晴らしい。私にはとても良い雰囲気に見えた。文句のつけるところはない。また行きたい。必ず行く。」

「Ich war in Chiang Rai und wollte ein Hotel nähe Stadtmitte. Das Hotel wurde mir mit 400m zur Stadtmitte angezeigt. Ich buchte und verstand erst später dass mir ein Hotel in Chan Saen angedreht wurde, das kein Stadtteil von Chiang Rai ist sondern 40km entfernt liegt. Eine sofortige Stornierung habe ich nicht gefunden. Es war das letzte Mal, dass ich EXPEDIA benutzt habe. Geld in den Sand gesetzt. Reinlege」

「The remoteness and gorgeous scenery made this a special stay. The 165 steep steps up the hill were totally worth it!! This is the rainy season and you’re really in nature so it shouldn’t be a surprise but there were lots of dead and living ants so if you’re squeamish about ants, just be warned. We loved our stay, though!」

「◆地方都市のホテル料金としては高過ぎる。私の場合は、当該地で他にルームカテゴリーで浴槽付きの部屋（ただし、浴槽は室外ベランダにあり、低温期には寒い！）を確約できるホテルが無いので、仕方なく利用してる。 ◇浴槽付の部屋は、デラックスのダブルベットでリバービューのみです。このホテルは、敷地の北側部分が平家建てロッジタイプで、南側部分が最近に完成した５階建てビル部の約100室の内、30室のみが浴槽付きです。」

「街の中心部にあり一階がセブン-イレブン。部屋は広くとても清潔でした。テレビではNHKも入りました。水二本、石鹸、シャンプーつき。」

「The views are sensational, but only 1 plug socket on one side of bed, no bedside tables or lights, the set of stairs to get to the 1st floor rooms were like climbing mount Everest. However the staff were more then helpful. The rooms were cleaned ok, the railings on the balcony were filthy. My girlfriend had to clean. Only 1 chair on balcony. But nice and quiet away from the noise of traffic in town」
