「This is a unique place that seems to be a labor of love for the owners. It is NOT corporate. Breakfasts were creative and good. Radium is a small town and some of the restaurants were booked up. We stayed 3 nights and ate at the "Horsethief" bar across the street, which was surprisingly good. The best part for us was easy access to trails in the Kootenai National Park. The Radium Hot Springs were nice, too.」

「This inn is not welcoming at all work more rules and threats of fines than info on amenities. The bathroom stinks no matter how many times you flush it or use frebreez. They ask you to wash dishes or face a $25 fine even though there is a dishwasher. The breakfast is a self-make instead of a self-serve I e., they give you raw eggs, a stove and a frying pan . . go nuts, and yes you have to wash the dishes there as well. The manager us grumpy and they store bags of ice in a large freezer for...
