Property was beautiful. Staff were excellent and we were very happy with the service and location . The only thing I didn’t like was the 3pm check in. It wasn’t ideal especially arriving on the Gold Coast at 7.30am, it was a long wait Otherwise I would be happy to stay there again

This is my fourth trip to gold coast but first time I stayed at Qstay property. I stayed there for four nights with 3 people. Cheap thing is they have supplied only one toilet roll, no direction for parking and parking is complicated. Toilet door handle was broken. You can turn on either lounge aircon or bedroom. We can’t turn on both together.

Very central property. Walking distance to shops, dining and beaches. Transport was right at your doorstep if you didn’t have your own. Rooms were large, clean, very tidy, had everything you needed. Complex was wonderful, several pools, games room for the children, sauna, spa pool.. all in all a wonderful stay.

There was alot of miscommunication around the check-in process if you do it outside 3pm to 5pm. A bit loud on Saturday night due to being on one of the lower floors. Spacious unit with well equipped kitchen. Nice view of water. Not the cleanest accommodation with dust around doors, dead cockroach on balcony, etc but not filthy either. Undercover car parking spot included which is a bonus
