This was the nicest staff I have met anywhere. Everyone was so helpful and understanding. They were so friendly and helpful. This includes the front office, housekeepers, and restaurant. I felt safe on the premises and appreciated that all questions were welcomed. I felt I formed when they assisted me with tours and opportunities. I was also able to enjoy a lovely view from my balcony of the garden and children’s park. I walked to the main square, Jewish section, and meeting points for my tours from this convenient location. This is a great hotel for women, families, and solo travelers.

Clean and comfortable hotel. While the immediate neighborhood does not have much charm, this hotel is a short walk from Kazimierz (the vibrant Jewish Quarter, with loads of history, cafes, and restaurants) and also walking distance to the gorgeous, if very touristed, Stare Miasto (Old City).

The room was absolutely lovely and such an amazing location. The staff were really helpful and gave us a lot of good suggestions. I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of staying here

Superlative stay. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help folks feel special - e.g., planning an Easter egg hunt for the kids and even putting little Easter egg chocolates in the rooms in a mini hunt for guests. Spotless service and fabulous location. Breakfast was at a cafe nearby; not ideal that it wasn’t connected but not really an issue since you’re already getting up and out for the day (and it’s super close).

The hotel is over a 100 year-old restored building, which is beautiful clean well maintained with great staff. Breakfast was fabulous. I have only one drawback that I see the hotel doesn’t have central AC and that’s not explicitly stated on the website maybe somewhere in lower print we were surprised to find out that in 35° weather we had to use fan to cool us down. The first two days were brutal. The other 2 were half decent with temperatures lower after the rain. hotel was excellent otherwise but no central AC keep that in Mind. Location is right in the center of the action.
