Great apartment for small family for 10 days as home away from home, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, very clean and safe with entry phone. Not far to local transport. The only minus is bit awkward checking in, have to contact property for check in instructions.

Top notch service. Multi lingual staff. Great crib and super nice room.

The hotel is amazing, restaurant is excellent. My only recommendation is not to allow kids go to the gym.

Room: Rooms are a nice design. Beds are comfortable but pillows are cheap and thin. Bathrooms have nice showers. Location: well-situated for transport and access to the sights. We stayed weekdays and it was fine but I think a weekend night could be very noisy. Why a 3* rating? I booked on Expedia, entering my children’s ages, and booked a room that said “Sleeps 3”. In the details it said there is no rollaway bed. I assumed (wrongly) that there would be a pull-out bed for the third person, but in fact the expectation is that three would sleep in the two twins pushed together! We check-in after midnight and the receptionist told me that it would sleep 3 with a young child in the bed with parents. But per their info on Expedia they treat children of any age as adults. They should update the booking system to make that room only bookable for two people, or two people and child under 5. Neither the hotel nor Expedia would do anything for us in this situation and we had to book another room to accommodate one of my teens. They even charged me 60 zloty when I requested a late checkout (which they did not charge to another guest) and staff were not warm at all throughout the stay so I feel there was zero attempt to make amends and rescue the situation. I’ve stated twice before at the Sheraton Grand where rooms are huge and staff are great. In this instance there were only disadvantages booking at a boutique hotel rather than the chain.

Our apartment was quite charming with high ceilings and architectural details. It was a 2bedroom, 2 bath, advertised for 9 people. It was very comfortable for 5, but I think it’d be tight for 9. The staff was very accommodating to our requests and friendly, but in some areas cleaning was a bit superficial. There was some mold in the shower and dust bunnies around the moulding and found trash on the one side of the bed. The location was extremely convenient. And despite the central location, it was quite quiet.
