"The heat did not work and we were frezing. It was 2am and they wanted to move us when we just had sniggled in and I was not feeling good. I just wish the heat would have worked. Also we wanted to get some waterbottles and all that was offered at night was tapwater. No thank you!"

"They gave my room to someone else because staff made a mistake and checked in the wrong lastname. They gave us a smaller room which I assume was the person who took mine because they were all booked up. I originally booked a suite. Hotel is needing some major renos. For what I paid for, was not worth it at all. I could have stayed at a nicer more modern hotel for less or for what I paid for. The toilet paper had some brown stain that soaked through so I tossed that in the garbage and opened a new roll. The toilet paper holder was all rusty. There was a dried up blood stain on the comforter. They should toss that out. I don’t doubt it wasn’t washed, but hotels shouldn’t keep blankets with blood stains. The night staff tried the best she could and said she couldn’t refund me. It’s not her fault but whoever made that mistake in checking in the wrong person should be spoken to. Still waiting for property manager to contact me."

"Booked this hotel going of their breakfast photos. It was not as shown. There was no waffle maker and the apple juice had floaties. There was no fruit and only milk in the fridge. Have updated photos posted so others do not waste their time and money coming based on continental breakfast. Will not return. "
