"We had an overall nice stay. We were a little disappointed that the fireplace didn't work and the hot tub wasn't clean. We messaged the manager and he informed us that there was a part being ordered for the fireplace. He also offered to come and clean the hot tub. We opted not to use the hot tub. ..."
